How much is shipping?

FREE shipping on every order over $100 to the US50. If order total is less than $100, there is a shipping fee. BamaMax™ fulfills orders 6 days per week, except Sunday.  There is a flat rate shipping fee to Australia, Canada, Mexico, and the United Kingdom.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are placed by 2pm are packaged the same day and shipped the next business day; PO Boxes ship by USPS Priority Mail. USPS and UPS are typically between 2 to 5 days in the US.  Tracking is emailed once the order ships. Carrier delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees.

Is packaging discreet?

Yes. All orders ship in plain, unmarked packaging for product protection and privacy, with no product names or descriptions on the exterior. 

What is your refund policy?

If you feel you need a refund, replacement, reship, credit, or another resolution for any reason, contact us immediately with your order number and best contact info.  Due to the personal nature of most products, and uncertainties of shipping such research products, returns and refunds are not accepted.  Be sure to notify us immediately if there is an issue, and the products are unopened/unused. Ensuring your delivery  address and contact phone number is correct is the key to safe arrival of your order.

We ship to all 50 US states. International shipping is available to Australia, Canada, Mexico and the United Kingdom at this time.  Shipping time frames vary to different states and countries.

Can I track my order?

Yes. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. You can also track directly on the carrier’s website.
